Short forms

I hold a PhD in art history, with a special focus on contemporary architecture. Writing about art, architecture and design is my passion. I have been doing it for years, for different publishing outlets, in both Polish and English.

From nose jobs to phantom legs: art and medicine.

I have been running a monthly column about art and medicine for the Polish Doctors’ Magazine for ten years. Each month I write a short essay about medicine-related paintings: showing a particular disease, a special medical procedure, or portraying doctors. The column is one of the most popular parts of the newspaper, and we are working on transforming chosen texts into a book.
